Workshop

Event Recap

On April 19, 2024, SAIS Europe hosted a one-day workshop titled Political and Legal Opportunities and Obstacles to Climate Action in Italy, organized by Nina Hall and Justin O. Frosini. The workshop featured three panels exploring key dimensions of climate governance: influencing government policy, Italian public opinion on climate change, and the role of social movements in driving action. Experts from academia, think tanks, and activism joined as speakers, with active participation from students as hosts and discussants. The event fostered rich interdisciplinary dialogue on strategies to advance climate action within Italy's political and legal landscape.
