Andrew Wolff is Adjunct Professor of American Foreign Policy at SAIS Europe
Associate Professor of Political Science and International Studies, Dickinson College
Professor Wolff's areas of teaching and research include US foreign policy, transatlantic relations, NATO and EU security policy, international relations theory, and diplomatic summitry. Dr. Wolff's primary research concerns the geopolitics of NATO enlargement and European security governance. He has been a legal staff assistant in the United States Senate and an English teacher in the Czech Republic. His publications have appeared in
International Affairs, the
Journal of Transatlantic Studies, Contemporary Security Policy, and the
Journal of Contemporary European Studies. Professor Wolff is the fall 2020 recipient of the Fulbright NATO Security Studies award. He received his MA and PhD from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies.
