In part one of Professor David Ellwood's essay published by the Center for Public Diplomacy at the University of California, he discusses the complicated nature of propaganda, narratives, and truth in the Russia-Ukrainian war. Ellwood builds on the ideas of various modern philosophers to explain the conflict of information created by both sides fully believing in the truths of their own narratives.
