Professor Nina Hall published an article in the Washington Post outlining five important things to know about New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern ahead of her trip to the United States. Hall says that Ardern will likely look to discuss trade and the digital spread of extremism with U.S. policymakers and notes New Zealand's precarious position between the United States and China, the country's lack of leadership regarding climate change, and Ardern's slipping domestic popularity.
