In an article published by CNBC, Sanam Vakil is cited with regards to the Biden administration's movement toward talks with Iran for the first time in four years, alongside European partners. According to Vakil, the move is representative of a desire on the part of the Biden administration to determine how they want to proceed with Iran more so than it is a game of chicken.
